30-Day Returns:
We’ve designed our desk-wares to be the perfect helpers in the home or the office. However, if you decide that they are not the right product for your workspace, send it back to us within 30 days of placing your order and we’ll reimburse your original payment method, as long as the product(s) meet the conditions set out in this policy. The products must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
NOTE: North American customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, duties, customs fees, and taxes on returned or exchanged items
The 30-day returns policy does not apply to the following:
- Used items – products must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging
- You have already returned the item once previously (an item can be returned once per order)
Shipping Related Damages:
- Deskka products are packaged very well and shipping damage is rare. It’s our responsibility to get your items to you in as new condition and we stand by assisting you on the rare occasions this doesn’t happen.
- If the packaging is damaged this increases the chances that a product will be damaged. Please inspect your items thoroughly upon receipt.
- Shipping damages must be reported upon receipt and opening and be accompanied by photos of the damage and packaging damage.
- In this case, we will either send a replacement unit or a replacement part depending on the circumstances.
Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Products:
- In the unlikely event your order is faulty, has missing parts, is damaged from the factory or you have received the wrong item let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue ASAP

Order Cancellations:
- Once an order is shipped, it can not be cancelled.
